Further to the announcement made by the Company on 10 June 2003, the Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company and the Placement Agent, Kim Eng Ong Asia Securities Pte Ltd, have mutually agreed to postpone the completion of the Placement Agreement from 17 June 2003 to 19 June 2003.
