Inno-Pacific Holdings Ltd is a public limited liability company and its shares are listed and trading on the main board of the Stock Exchange of Singapore.

Inno-Pacific was incorporated in Singapore on 22nd September 1973 under the name of Colonel Sanders Kentucky Fried Chicken Pte Ltd. On 1st February 1983, it was converted into a public limited liability company and changed its name to Kentucky Fried Chicken (S) Ltd. In 1988, the company’s name was changed to its present name, Inno-Pacific Holdings Ltd.

We are an investment holding and management company headquartered in Singapore. Our present investments are in telecommunications, manufacturing and equities. We also have an interest in a development land in Washington state, USA.

Inno-Pacific is continually looking for new investments that will contribute to and increase its shareholders’ value.
